ThisPlace in Diyarbakır
The outputs of “ThisPlace – Stories of displaced people in Chernihiv, Diyarbakır and Porto” were showcased in a series of public events in Diyarbakır.
“ThisPlace – Stories of displaced people in Chernihiv, Diyarbakır and Porto” is a collaborative project that proposes a reflection about people who have been displaced, discriminated or marginalised due to ethnic, racial, cultural or political reasons in these three cities in Ukraine, Turkey and Portugal. The hubs from Chernihiv (comprised of Youth Drama Theatre AmaTea, Private Filmmaking Company and Hryhorii Galagan Chernihiv Regional Art Museum), from Diyarbakır (comprised of a4 Atölye and WePhotos) and from Porto (comprised of INSTITUTO, RAMPA and InterStruct Collective) developed the collaborative project for which each hub contributed with a film and a photography series on stories of displaced people in their cities.
