Almanac of the Best Ukrainian Short Films 2020 “Nova Ukrainska Hvylja” (30 May 2021)

A collection of six best Ukrainian short films of 2020 was introduced in collaboration with Oleksandr Dovzhenko National Center. The event was followed by a meeting and open discussion with the crew of the film “Bullmastiff” and the center’s distributive manager Oleksandr Prokopenko.

Theatre Workshop “Theatre as a Way to Understand” (23 May 2021)

The workshop on “Theatre as a Way to Understand” by theatre director, drama facilitator and assistant professor Olena Rosstalna for teachers, social workers and every member of the community was dedicated to the usage of theatre tools and methods in social and pedagogical work.

Photography Workshop “Memory of Things”

The photography workshop on “Memory of Things”  by professional photographer Anna Rejvakhovska was dedicated to photos of objects (work with color scheme, shadow and light, composition of objects etc.). Participants were asked to bring objects which were related to their personal, family or any other kinds of memories.

A second workshop by Anna Rejvakhovska adressed portraits as a personal story (work with color scheme, shadow and light, work with emotions, body position etc.).

Workshop for Teenagers “Life in the World of Information” (11 November 2020)

The workshop by theatre director, drama facilitator and assistant professor Olena Rosstalna for teenagers and young adults (13-17) was dedicated to media literacy, informational hygiene and life in the 21st century – the world of information.
