This collaboration aims to bridge the gap between past traditions and today's cultural practices, ensuring that these valuable elements of intangible heritage are not only preserved but also made relevant and accessible to today’s communities.
The hub presented a contemporary adaptation of Çarşema Zîpa festival in three cities. The festival was carefully designed to foster community participation and create dialogue around cultural heritage, while also encouraging the younger generation to engage with their roots.
As part of the commitment to preserving and celebrating cultural heritage, an extensive research on festivals in the region’s history and traditions. The festival was documented and compiled into a book. This publication was presented to the public as both an educational resource and a tribute to the rich cultural tapestry of the region.
